Kangana Ranaut has been making the headlines for the last couple of weeks, from Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, alleged drug abuse in the Bollywood industry, to her war of words with the Shiv Sena which created an outrage. On Wednesday, Urmila Matondkar took a dig at the Queen actress.
Now, the Tanu Weds Manu actress hit back at Urmila, talking to Times Now, she said, “The way she was talking about me, completely teasing through the interview, pulling faces or just making a mockery out of my struggles, attacking me on the facts that I am trying to please BJP for a ticket. One doesn’t have to be a genius to figure that for me it is not very difficult to get a ticket. I don’t have to play with my life or get my property ruined.”
Furthermore, the actress also called Urmila a soft porn star and stated, “She isn’t known for acting for sure and is know for doing soft porn. If she can get a ticket, why won’t I get a ticket.”
For the uninitiated, Urmila referring to the drug abuse in Bollywood comment by Ranaut, she told India Today, “The entire country is facing the menace of drugs. Does she (Kangana) know Himachal is the origin of drugs? She should start from her own state.”
Urmila also said that she will not tolerate any defamatory remarks against Mumbai, “When you make such comments you are not only insulting the city, but people of the state at large,” she added.
