Actress Kangana Ranaut has been named as the brand ambassador of Uttar Pradesh’s One District-One Product Scheme. The ambitious programme is aimed to create product-specific traditional industrial hubs across 75 districts of the state. The scheme is to encourage indigenous products and crafts of UP that are not found anywhere else. The actress met CM Yogi Adityanath who presented her ODOP products.
Secretary of UP, Navneet Sehgal tweeted, “Famous actress Kangana Ranaut met…Chief Minister of UP, who presented her with an ODOP product. Kangana ji will be our brand ambassador for the ODOP.”
According to an official, the actress during the meeting praised the works being done by Yogi Adityanath. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath also presented Kangana with a silver coin that was used for ‘Ram Janm Bhumi Pujan’.
Kangana took to her social media handle and sharing a video wrote, “Honourable Chief Minister ji gifting me the coin which was used at Ramjanm Bhumi Pujan.I am making a film called Ayodhya on Ram temple …This is a good omen aur how we call in Hindi Aashirwad…Jai Shri Ram.”
On the work front, Kangana Ranaut will soon be seen in Tejas, Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda, Emergency’, ‘Dhaakad and The Incarnation: Sita.
