On Tuesday, the 50-year-old Hustlers star shared her post-work workout with her Instagram followers, and it’s seriously impressive.

In the video, a stunning J.Lo is seen literally pushing three 45-pound weight plates on each side of the bar. That’s 135 pounds—on each side.

J.Lo is always in the gym and often blesses her followers with a sweaty and svelte selfie. She makes time for er work out in between her hectic work schedule. The singer is often joined by her fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

He actually posted a video of them working out together this past week, which included J.Lo doing a seated leg curl, dumbbell lunges, and leg presses. They also worked out together over the summer during her tour.

Jennifer and A-Rod have said they love TruFusion, a fitness studio with a variety of classes including yoga and Bootcamp in rooms heated up to 120 degrees. And they have tried fasted cardio, and also did a 10-Day Wedding Workout Challenge together.

She is a true inspiration to many across the globe.
