Jennifer Aniston: Eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can
The actress has spilled in the beans about being ageless
Jennifer Aniston is one of the most age-defiant personalities. A decade short of being a sexagenerian, this 50-year-old sure knows how to look younger.
Jennifer Aniston was there for some shoots for the Harper’s Bazaar and now is in the cover for the June/July edition of the magazine too.
The title ‘Fabulous at every age’ goes on rightly with the F.R.I.E.N.D.S star Jennifer Aniston. Now that she looks fabulous even after turning fifty, we had to know Jennifer Aniston’s secret in her diet that keeps her so youthful. She has repeatedly proved that age is just a number for her. She also did a topless photoshoot for the magazine a month back.
When we talk of her breakfast, according to Elle, Jennifer says “When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favorites.” She at other times prefers a bowl of puffed millet cereal with a banana or make oatmeal with an egg white whipped in at the end. That whipped egg white tip is from her ex-husband Justin Theroux. According to Well+Good, her smoothie recipe involves “some sort of pure protein, then bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens that goes in there, maca powder, and a little cacao.”
While it comes to lunch, Jennifer had told Elle that she prefers a veggie salad with protein. But she made an addition of a Chicken burger wrapped in protein to Harper’s Bazaar. As for her snacks, its some fruit like apple, almond butter, and nuts. But she also keeps hard-boiled eggs and vegetables in store. According to Yahoo Food, “I don’t let eating habits get out of control where I need a reset button.” She also adds in “It’s pretty clear: Eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep. I allow myself to indulge once in a while … but I don’t give myself any rules anymore.”
When it comes to Dinner, her usual food in some combo of vegetables with protein. But then she likes to enjoy her favorites once in a while. She has an inbuilt Pizza Oven, she enjoys some wine and at times some lasagna too. She likes to put in her own inputs in guacamole. In the Ellen DeGeneres show, she revealed that she likes to throw in fresh garlic, red onion, and Havarti cheese.
Now that we know her secret to looking ageless, all we have to do is follow it.
