Jennifer Aniston admits to isolating herself
Jennifer Aniston will be seen alongside Reese Witherspoon in The Morning Show.
Friends actress Jennifer Anniston shared the downsides of being at home too much and how isolating it can be sometimes. In an interview with Glamour, the 50-year-old actress admitted that she while loves being home, it can be isolating. Jennifer Aniston spoke to the portal, saying “I find myself at times isolating a little bit more, staying in – I love being home. Home is a very comfortable, safe space for me. But if you stay home for too long you will become isolated and lose touch with what’s going on in the real world.”
She also stated that she could relate to her on-screen character of TV show host Alex Levy. Alex struggles to keep her job after Mitch Kessler (Steve Carrell) is fired for sexual misconduct.
Jen went on to add, “So that’s something I related to Alex on as she done that. She has sort of lost touch in a way and is trying to just survive what’s going on with her personally, her child, her relativity, you know what I mean? And relevance and just staying there.”
Jennifer Aniston was accompanied by her ‘The Morning Show’ co-star Reese Witherspoon. The two actresses first met on the sets of long-running series Friends about 20 years ago. Reese portrayed Jennifer Aniston’s screen sister Jill.
Jennifer Aniston has been away from the small screen for quite some time now. The Morning Show is her return to the small screen 25 years after her role as Rachel Green in Friends. The show has been getting rave reviews, post its premiere on November 1.
