Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday arrested two terrorists affiliated with Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) outfit in Pulwama district. Further investigation underway.
According to the preliminary reports, on the basis of specific input, Jammu and Kashmir police nabbed the two terrorists from Panzgam area of Awantipora. Arms and ammunition were also recovered from the arrested terrorists.
However, the identity of the arrested terrorists was not revealed by the police. The case has been registered against the due and further investigation is underway.

This comes a day after two unidentified terrorists were killed when the Army foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir’s Keran sector. Previously, two terrorists were gunned down on Saturday early morning in a fierce encounter that took place in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. The body of slain terrorists along with arms and ammunition were recovered from the encounter spot.
