Hollywood’s one of the most anticipated film, ‘Avatar 2’ has kept the interest of the audience piqued. However, owing to the coronavirus outspread the production work was stalled. Giving exciting news to the fans, James Cameron reveals that his upcoming film, ‘Avatar 2’ is done with the filming part, while ‘Avatar 3’ is almost finished.
While talking to Arnold Schwarzenegger on the latter’s YouTube channel recently, Cameron went on to reveal that the principal photography for ‘Avatar 2’ is done and the third film was being shot back-to-back and the crew has completed its 95 percent of the shoot. “Well, Covid hit us like it hit everybody. We lost about four and a half months of production. As a result of that, we’ve rolled around one more full year for a release in December of 2022. That’s been announced already. Now that doesn’t mean I have an extra year to finish the film, because the day we deliver Avatar 2 we’ll just start working on finishing Avatar 3,” said the Canadian filmmaker.
