Jagdeep Passes Away: Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor and others mourn the veteran actor’s death
Veteran actor Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jafri better known by his stage name Jagdeep has passed away. The actor who was 81 has breathed his last around 8:40 pm today. Jagdeep was popularly known for playing the role of Soorma Bhopali in Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra starrer ‘Sholay’.

Bollywood celebrities took to social media to pay condolence to the versatile actor cum comedian. Leading them was Ajay Devgn who offered his condolence to the bereft family.

Jagdeep Sahab is survived by his sons Jaaved and Naved Jaaferi. His funeral will be held today.
