Irrfan Khan to begin shoot for ‘Hindi Medium 2’ in Rajasthan

Irrfan Khan one of Bollywood’s powerful performer who has been missing from the big screen is all set to be back with the sequel of his hit flick ‘Hindi Medium’. The ‘Piku’ star who had left his fans in dismay when he tweeted that he is suffering from neuroendocrine Tumour last year, is back home after treatment. He will start work on ‘Hindi Medium 2’ with actress Radhika Madan in Rajasthan.

As per a Mumbai Mirror report, ‘Patakha’ actress Radhika Madan has been roped in to play Irrfan Khan’s daughter in the sequel. Both the actors are presently in Rajasthan and will soon start shooting for the film there.

As reported by a source to the tabloid, “Irrfan and Radhika started prep a while ago and are looking forward to kick off the first schedule in Rajasthan. It is an important portion after which they will take off for the international schedule. It was initially planned to be set in the US but will now take place in London for which the team recently conducted a recce.”

Kareena Kapoor Khan too is a part of the movie and will be joining the team as soon as she wraps up the schedule of Raj Mehta’s ‘Good News’.

‘Hindi Medium’ was directed by Saket Chaudhary whereas the sequel will be directed by Homi Adajania. After canning the Rajasthan schedule the team will fly off to London for the International schedule of the movie.
