IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders shares childhood photos of two of their main spinners on Children’s Day

On the occasion of Children’s Day, Indian Premier League franchise Kolkata Knight Riders shared two childhood pictures of two of their premier spinners, who have brought them a lot of success so far in the opportunities they got.

The first picture is that of a young Kuldeep Yadav who is seen sharing the frame with one of the world’s best bowlers in Test cricket–James Anderson. The chinaman bowler, who has established himself as one of the top spinners in world cricket today is seen as a young boy, having a ‘fanboy’ moment with Anderson.

The Kolkata Knight Riders shared the photo with an underlying caption,”“Had a fanboy moment with the Test veteran Jimmy Anderson years ago. Now he has already played against him in Tests!”

Kuldeep has picked up 41 wickets for KKR in the 36 matches he played for them and has performed incredibly well for the national side across all formats of the game.

The other picture shared by KKR was posted with a question, “#GuessTheKnight” as the picture is almost unrecognisable. But the additional hints attached with the picture is of great help which reads, ” #GuessTheKnight: Let the guessing games begin! Hint: He bats with his left, and bowls with the right hand. Don’t let him trick you.”

It was Sunil Narine in the second photograph who has been one of the top performers for the Kolkata franchise who has played a good hand in them winning the titles in 2012 and 2014.
