After Katy Perry, Dua Lipa Indian music lovers are in for a musical treat once again. This time around it is the popular Rock Band U2 who will be performing in the country. Yes, Pop band, U2 has arrived in India. The popular group is all set to perform in Mumbai on Sunday, 15 December. The band comprises of frontman Bono, guitarist the Edge, bassist Adam Clayton, and drummer Larry Mullen Jr.
The band members were caught on camera s soon as they landed in Mumbai airport. They left the paparazzi much impressed with their friendly attitude. All of them posed happily for the pictures while being snapped by the shutterbugs.
The band also took to social media to announce its arrival. The official handle of the band tweeted, “Touching-down in Mumbai… So excited to be here! Bono, Edge, Adam, Larry” along with a photo of the band posing under the night sky. They’re standing in front of an airplane that reads “The Joshua Tree Tour 2019”

The band will be concluding their The Joshua Tree Tour with a final performance at Mumbai’s DY Patil stadium on December 15.
U2 was formed back in the year 1976 in Dublin and has been inseparable since then. They are accredited with the hit musical numbers such as ‘With or Without You’, ‘Beautiful Day’, ‘One and many others’. They have also collaborated with Indian music composer A.R. Rahman for a single which is titled Ahimsa.
