Indian Idol 12 Finale: Bollywood Stars & Army Personnel As Special Guests

Indian Idol Season 12 is coming to end and the makers are leaving n stone unturned to make it a memorable one. For the first time in the history of Indian television, the grand finale of Indian Idol will run for 12 hours. The final episode titled ‘The Greatest Grand Finale Ever’ is all set to air on Independence Day(August 15). It will air from 12 pm (15th August) to 12 am (16th August).

Reportedly, the team of Shershaah featuring Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani will be gracing Indian Idol 12’s finale. They will promote their film on the show. The producers are also expecting some popular Bollywood stars to join the Indian Idol 12 finale episode. They have also invited a few Army personnel to the finale episode.

Indian Idol 12’s director Neeraj Sharma told Indian Express, “If there was no pandemic, we would have hosted the finale in a big stadium. This season has been loved so much, therefore, we wanted to do something really special. Thus the 12-hour episode came in place. Also, there are going to be a lot of surprises and guest appearances.  It will make the episode a thoroughly entertaining one.”

The fight for the trophy will be between these top six finalists: Pawandeep Rajan, Arunita Kanjilal, Nihal Tauro, Mohd Danish, Shanmukhapriya and Sayli Kamble.
