India defeated Pakistan in the semi-final of the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup on Thursday, riding on fifties from Nitish Rana and Himmat Singh.
Both Rana and Singh, who ply their trade for Dehli held the innings together after some early jolts.
The both of them added 126 runs for the fourth wicket after the Indian innings took a hit because of some quick wickets.
Rana and Himmat scored 60 and 59 respectively as India chased down the total inside 27.3 overs.

The Indian bowling attack came out all guns blazing as they proved to be too hot to handle for the Pakistan batsmen, who could last only for 44.4 overs.
Led by Mayank Markhande who took four wickets and conceded 38 runs in the 9.4 overs he bowled, India seized control of the match.
India had earlier defeated Afghanistan by 84 runs in their first match and had won by six wickets against Sri Lanka. Pakistan on the other hand, got their campaign headed to one big start with a 225-run thrashing of Hong Kong. They then defeated the UAE by nine wickets before being beaten by Bangladesh by 84 runs.
