Late actor Amjad Khan’s brother and actress Krutika Desai’s husband actor Imtiaz Khan passed away on Monday in Mumbai. He was 78 year old. The news about the actor’s demise was shared by Jaaved Jafferi on social media. He wrote on Twitter, “Veteran actor #ImtiazKhan passes on. Worked with him in #Gang. Superb actor and a wonderful human being. #RIP bhai.”

Film trade analyst Atul Mohan expressed grief on Imtiaz Khan’s death. Imtiaz, who was born as Zecharian Khan changed his name when he entered the Bollywood industry. He is known for films like Hulchul, Pyaara Dost, Procession of Memories and Noor Jahan. Not just an actor, Imtiaz has also worked as a director in the industry.
Imtiaz Khan is survived by wife, actor Krutika Desai and daughter Ayesha Khan.
