Bollywood actor Imran Khan and his lovely wife Avantika Malik have been hitting headlines since long now. Reports of the Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na actor separating from his wife left fans and friends shocked. Rumour of the couple’s marriage is in trouble started doing the rounds since 2019. But neither Imran nor Avantika opened up on the reports. Rumours abounded that Imran’s failed career is the reason behind their separation. The latest buzz suggests that apparently, it was Imran’s alleged affair with actress Lekha Washington that ended his marriage with Avantika.
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Imran and Lekha have been seeing each other for some time. The same report states that the latter’s husband Pablo Chatterji is good friends with Imran Khan. Imran has also begun introducing Lekha to his circle after his estranged wife moved out of the house. Now Lekha’s marriage to Pablo is also in trouble.
The report further adds that, Imran Khan is also said to have bought or rented a place near his house to meet Lekha. In the words of a neighbour, she can be seen going in and out of the building during the wee hours. This particular building is reportedly near his own residence in Pali Hill. Imran Khan is reportedly waiting for the divorce to announce his new relationship.
Lekha is known to have worked in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada language films. She was also seen in Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola starring Imran Khan in lead.
