Garena, developer of the game FreeFire has added Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan in the game as a player. The collaboration between the actor and the game is a part of Free Fire’s new campaign called Be The Hero. The new character is called Jai. Hrithik Roshan is the first Indian actor to feature in the game.
Sharing the new Hrithik tweeted, “Super stoked to present to you my next onscreen venture. Catch me in action on the Battle Royale game as an in-game character! Thank you Garena Free Fire for this unique opportunity. Download & join me as Jai to #BeTheHero”
Jai is a decorated SWAT commander, well versed with weapons. His ability is called Raging Reload, and it automatically reloads the gun’s magazine by 30% of its capacity. This is limited to assault rifles, pistols, SMGs, and Shotguns. This ability gets enhanced as the character’s level increases. Jai comes with a unique character set, which is called the SWAT Commander set.
Now with PUBG Mobile banned in the country. A lot of players will be looking to migrate to another game. Garena Free Fire and Call of Duty: Mobile will most likely be a hot favourite.
The company has earlier added Brazilian footballer Lucas Silva Borges and also introduced Jota and DJ Alok.
