After unleashing the official runtime and air date, HBO has finally scattered six Iron Thrones across the world to keep the buzz and hype ahead of Game of Thrones’ final season. Yes, HBO has been adopting one after another way to keep the fans of Game of Thrones hooked until all the episodes are officially aired.
The latest way of marketing they adopted is they have hidden six Iron Thrones across the world and asked fans to literally bleed and find it. For this campaign, HBO has reportedly joined hands with the American Red Cross.
Taking their social media handle, HBO has posted a video in which almost all the GoT stars are seen urging their fans to begin the quest for Iron Throne. They have started a campaign #ForTheThrone. In this campaign, HBO has scattered six Iron Thrones at six different locations around the world. The social media post reads, Who will be the first to find them?
“It is a big and beautiful world. Most of us live and die in the same corner where we were born and never get to see any of it. I don’t want to be most of us,” OBERYN MARTELL.
The campaign #ForTheThrone encourages people to show their dedication and valour to give blood for the Iron Throne as Game of Thrones star did in season 7 for the Throne. The first Throne appears to be hidden in a Jungle and HBO has posted the video of the same on YouTube. After time runs out for this one, or someone claims it, HBO will do this again five more times.
