Halsey drops new single with BTS’ SUGA, Read ‘SUGA’s Interlude’ lyrics

Halsey has finally dropped yet another new single featuring one of the BTS members, SUGA, which is said to be a part of her upcoming album, Manic. As previously announced, Halsey and BTS member SUGA collaborated for a new single titled “SUGA’s Interlude”, which has SUGA rapping and Halsey singing a moody, vague hook: “I’ve been trying all my life / To separate the time / In between the having it all and giving it up.”

Notably, this is not the first time American singer Halsey collaborated with popular Korean boy band, BTS. Earlier, she collaborated with BTS for a song called “Boy With Luv”, which released back in April 2019.

Besides “SUGA’s Interlude”, Halsey has dropped another single called “Finaly // Beautiful Stranger”, which is a pop-country ballad, the likes of which have never been seen from Halsey.

Halsey’s second album titled “Finaly // Beautiful Stranger” features her channeling Lady Gaga’s Ally from A Star is Born, as she sings with raspy sadness in a dusty bar. You can watch the single below:

Informing about her two songs, Halsey took to Twitter and wrote, “two very different songs. Two very dreamy stories.”

Halsey’s upcoming album is scheduled to release on January 17.
