Sony Pictures has debuted the new trailer for Greyhound, the WWII-set epic starring Tom Hanks and Stephen Graham. Greyhound looks like an epic war film that takes place at sea. The impressive visuals and the thrilling story inspired by actual events, from a screenplay by and starring Tom Hanks make it look like a winner.

The trailer for “Greyhound” opens with Tom Hanks about to set sail. He reveals to his crew that this is his first crossing of the Atlantic. The crew also finds out they are entering territory where plane cover cannot reach them for five full days. The captain and his convoy must battle the surrounding enemy Nazi U-boats in order to give the allies a chance to win the war.
Stephen Graham, Rob Morgan and Elisabeth Shue co-star in the film along with Hanks. Gary Goetzman produced the film. “Greyhound” is based on C.S. Forester’s novel “The Good Shepherd.” Aaron Schneider is directing from Hanks’ script.
Greyhound will preview in cinemas on 21st June (Father’s Day) and will be at cinemas nationwide from 26th June.
