Maharashtra: 3 dead, 8 injured after building collapses in Goregaon. The building collapse incident took place today morning, NDRF has completed operation.

At least three people died and 8 injured after an under-construction building in Goregaon collapsed today morning. The incident took place near Azad Maidan in Goregaon area in Mumbai.

Two among three deceased have been identified as Shravan Kumar Goremandal, 27, and Subhash Chavhan, 38. One other died man is yet to be identified.

Four out of eight injured have been discharged from the hospital while four others are said to be in a stable condition. According to reports, the labourers were working for the Mhada construction project.

Teams of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have completed rescue operations.
