Friends Reunion: Courteney Cox Hints Emotional Reunion & Special Surprises

Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres recently had Friends star Courteney Cox on her show, virtually. During the interaction, the popular host asked the actress about the upcoming Friends reunion special. To which Courteney shared that it was an unbelievable and emotional moment.

Courteney who played the role of Monica said that “It’s an unscripted reunion, but we got to be on stage 24 for the first time, all of us, in I forgot how many years. 15 years, 17 years?” She also teased surprises that are in store for the fans

Friends, one of the most popular sitcoms of all time, ran for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004. It chronicled the daily lives of six friends. Their unique characters, adventures, relationships, career struggles were displayed in a comedic way. The show went on to garner a humongous fan following across the globe.

Friends: The Reunion will reunite the beloved sitcom’s six main leads including Jennifer Aniston Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, and Matt LeBlanc. The filming of the special show was wrapped up recently. The HBO Max special was taped on two locations: the iconic show’s original Stage 24 on Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank. Also in front of the famous fountain that was seen in the show’s opening credits.

Friends: The Reunion is expected to stream later this year on HBO Max.
