Yet another massive fire broke out in Mumbai’s slum area, Malad. According to reports, four fire engines were rushed to douse the fire. The thick black smoke billowing into the air was seen from the middle of the slum area.
The reason for the fire yet to be ascertained. The fire officials are making efforts to control the blaze.
The fire in Malad erupted a few days after a huge fire broke out on a hill near the IT Park in Mumbai’s suburban Goregaon.
The incident reportedly occurred at around 6:30 pm on one of the hills that cover the forest in Habalpada near the Sanjay Gandhi IT Park in East Goregaon, according to a report in Mirror Now.
