Square Enix has announced that the Final Fantasy VII Remake game now has a demo available to download. The company made this announcement through their official Twitter account. The official release date for Final Fantasy VII Remake is April 10, 2021. Square Enix pushed back the release date from March 3. The game will be a PlayStation exclusive until April 10, 2021.
The demo for Final Fantasy VII Remake is now available to download from the PlayStation Store. It consists of the opening chapter of the game. Players who download the game before May 11, 2020, will receive an exclusive PlayStation 4 theme with the release of the game.
The Final Fantasy VII Remake will come in the Deluxe, Digital Deluxe, and 1st Class Editions. The Deluxe Edition will have an art book, a mini-soundtrack CD, and a DLC Materia for Cactuar. The Digital Deluxe Edition will consist of a digital artbook, a digital mini-soundtrack CD, and a DLC Materia for Carbuncle and Cactuar. The 1st Class Edition includes all the content from the Deluxe Edition, a DLC Materia for Carbuncle, as well as a Play Arts Kai figure named “Cloud Strife and Hardy Daytona.” People who pre-order the game will receive a DLC Materia for Chocobo Chick. Digital pre-orders will also include a theme for the PS4 menu.
Square Enix announced the Final Fantasy VII remake in 2015. Square’s original Final Fantasy VII game debuted for PlayStation in 1997.
The Final Fantasy series began with the first game in 1987. The last Final Fantasy title to come out was 2016’s Final Fantasy XV.
