He is the Director of the General Political Bureau and vice-marshal of the North Korean People’s Army. He is strict, extremely powerful and dedicated to his responsibilities. Alongside having a very strict persona, he has a soft heart and in the end, he chooses to help his son when he(Ri) is in trouble. Start-Up’s Seo Chung-myung
Kim Joo-hun portrayed the role of Seo Chung-myung, a loving father to Seo Dal-mi’s and Won In-jae. He is a struggling man, who often gets degraded at work by his boss.
