The much-anticipated 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards was held amidst COVID-19 Pandemic on September 21. An interesting list of celebs was announced to be the winners in the respective categories at the virtual award show. What caught much of our attention was mini FRIENDS reunion. The actress was at home with her two Friends co-stars Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox. Seeing the reunion of the three friends, Jimmy was left stunned. Fans took no time to speculate that the Emmys ‘Friends’ reunion was actually a tease for the bigger full cast reunion coming soon. The HBO Max is set to release an unscripted special featuring all the stars of the show, which was delayed due to the pandemic Coronavirus situation. The filming for the special episodes was stalled multiple times owing to the pandemic.
Jennifer Aniston was nominated for the category of Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her work on ‘The Morning Show’.
