Singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran and his wife Cherry Seaborn have been blessed with an adorable baby girl. The couple has named their daughter Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran. The announcement of the arrival of their daughter was done on Instagram with a heartfelt note.
Sharing the picture of a tiny pair of socks, the ‘Shape of you’ singer captioned it as: “Ello! A quick message from me as I have some personal news that I wanted to share with you… Last week, with the help of an amazing delivery team, Cherry gave birth to our beautiful and healthy daughter – Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran. We are completely in love with her. Both mum and baby are doing amazing and we are on cloud nine over here. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Lots of love and I’ll see you when it’s time to come back, Ed x”

Ed Sheeran has been in a relationship with his childhood sweetheart Cherry Seaborn for a very long time, he announced his engagement on his Instagram handle in January 2018, the singer shared a candid photo, in which he is seen kissing Cherry, he captioned it as: “Got myself a fiancé just before new year. We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well xx”
The couple tied the knot in 2019 in a low-key ceremony.
