TV-town’s handsome hunk, Mohit Raina has apparently filed a suit as well as a police complaint against four people for allegedly starting a campaign on social media about him. The Devon Ke Dev- Mahadev fame has alleged these people of starting the Mohit Bachao (Save Mohit) campaign. As per the reports, following the court’s order, a complaint was registered at the Goregaon Police Station in Mumbai by the actor against all four.
Reportedly, an FIR has been lodged against Mohit’s self-proclaimed well-wisher Sara Sharma(actress) and three of her friends Parveen Sharma, Aashiv Sharma, and Mithilesh Tiwari who were allegedly involved in promoting the campaign. The case was registered under sections 384 IPC on Monday i.e June 6. Apparently, it all started with Sara’s claims that Mohit’s life was in danger and he was likely to kill himself like Sushant Singh Rajput. Her social media posts caught Mohit’s family. These naturally didn’t go well with the actor, because according to the family he is all fit and fine. Thus the police has registered a case of criminal conspiracy, giving false information to the police, threatening and demanding ransom against the four alleged.
Mohit Raina has not posted anything officially on social media as yet talking about the case.
For the unversed, Mohit’s most recent projects include Vicky Kaushal starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike and the Netflix film, Mrs. Serial Killer. He has been reportedly shooting for Shiddat alongside Diana Penty. This one is a romantic drama helmed by Kunal Deshmukh and it is slated to be released on the digital platform.
