Deepika Padukone bags Hrithik Roshan-starrer Fighter?

After the stupendous success of War Hrithik Roshan will soon be seen in another action thriller. The superstar is collaborating with Siddharth Anand of War and Bang Bang fame once again. The two are collaborating for next action dhamaka Fighter. Reportedly Deepika Padukone has bagged the part of the lead actress in this film.

As reported by sources to Bollywood Hungama, “While Hrithik Roshan plays the role of an air force officer, the role of Deepika has been kept under wraps. But both are expected to do loads of action in the film. The film is expected to go on floors in December 2021. The makers will be making an official announcement of the movie on Hrithik’s birthday which is January 10.”

Reacting to the news a trade expert said, “This is a very exciting development. For the longest time, fans have been demanding that Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone should team up for a film. And now it’s finally happening. We are sure that their chemistry will be electrifying. This can easily be one of the biggest hits of 2022.”

On the work front, Deepika recently completed a schedule of her movie with Dharma Productions which also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Pandey. The film will release by end of the year, in most probability. She is also waiting for the release of Kabir Khan directorial 83. The Diva is sharing screen space with her husband Ranveer Singh in the sports drama.
