Deepika Padukone has tied the knot with Ranveer Singh (her beau of six years) and at present, they are hosting their first reception as a husband and wife in Bengaluru. The first picture of the bride and groom left their fans in a state of excitement.
Deepika Padukone chose a gold saree gifted by her mother Ujjala Padukone for the occasion. The actress accessorized her look with a heavy emerald choker and matching earrings. Ranveer Singh, on the other hand, looked dapper in a heavily embroidered black and gold kurta by Rohit Bal.
Looking at Deepika draped in gold reminded us of Kangana Ranaut at the Virushka wedding. The ‘Queen’ star too had snatched our breath in a gold saree at Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s wedding reception with a long-sleeved blouse.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika’s wedding reception is being hosted at The Leela Palace in Bengaluru. The guests have already started arriving and are being welcomed with coconut water and shikanji. They will be treated to Vietnamese, Italian, Chinese, South Indian and Thai cuisine.
After the Bengaluru reception, the couple are set for a grandeur star-studded bash in the city of dreams — Mumbai — on December 1 for the who’s who of Bollywood.
