Darbar second look: Here comes Rajinikanth’s new poster

South megastar Rajinikanth will soon be seen on the big screen in upcoming release Darbar. The movie that is being directed by A.R. Murugadoss has the actor depicting the role of a cop. The first look of the film was unveiled by the makers in April. Today, on the auspicious occasion of Onam the makers have unveiled the second look of the superstar.

The news was shared by Lyca Productions and A R Murugadoss on social media. This news has created a buzz that is gaining strength with each passing second. Finally, the moment is here.

In the poster, we see the Thalaivar in a never seen before Avatar of a younger, smarter and dashing version.

Rajinikanth is playing the role of an IPS officer in the film. This is not the first time where the 68-year old is sporting khakhi on-screen. He has enacted the cop’s role in ‘Moondru Mugam’, ‘Pandian’, and Kodi Parakuthu. Nayanthara plays the female lead in the multilingual film.

Meanwhile, the shooting of Darbar is in progress in Mumbai. The film is scheduled for release on January 2020, while the audio will be out in December 2019.
