Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 continues its winning streak at box office and estimated to earn Rs 30 crore on Sunday (Day 3). The third installment of Dabangg received positive response from both audiences and critics alike.
Salman Khan and Kiccha Sudeep starrer might have witnessed a lower box office collection on its first and second day but it has registered almost 30 per cent growth on Sunday. As per a report in Boxofficeindia.com, Dabangg 3 has recorded almost 30 per cent growth on Sunday with box office collections set to be around Rs 23-30 crore. On its opening day, Dabangg 3 earned Rs 24.50 crore and on Saturday it earned Rs 24.75 crore. So far, Dabangg 3 has collected a total box office collection of Rs 49.25 crore. And, if Day 3’s estimates go right, then the Dabangg 3 collection would go up to Rs 80 crore (approx).
Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 is having a excellent run at the box office. However, it is nowhere close to Bharat, which released on Eid this year. Speaking about Bharat box office collection, it opened with a bang and earned Rs 42.30 crore on Day 1 and went on to mint almost Rs 325.58 crore worldwide.
Due to holiday seasons ahead, Dabangg 3 is expected to earn a decent money at the box office. However, it will receive tough competition from Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film Good Newwz, which is slated to release on December 27.
Good Newwz also stars Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in pivotal roles.
Directed by Prabhudheva, Dabangg 3 features Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Saiee Manjrekar and Kiccha Sudeep.
