Cristiano Ronaldo Returns To Manchester United, Fans Get Emotional

After 12 long years, Cristiano Ronaldo has returned to Manchester United. The club made the official announcement that they have reached an agreement to sign Ronaldo from Juventus, subject to agreement of personal terms, visa, and medical.

Ronaldo will be returning to Old Trafford after signing a two-year deal worth 25 million euros and will sign a two-year deal with Man United. The Portugal captain is yet to complete his medical.

“Manchester United is delighted to confirm that the club has reached agreement with Juventus for the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo, subject to agreement of personal terms, visa and medical,” announced United on Friday.

“Welcome 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲, @Cristiano 🔴 #MUFC | #Ronaldo,” wrote the official social media handle of Manchester United.

Ronaldo had spent six seasons with United from 2003-2009, where he won eight major trophies along with the Ballon d’Or in 2008. In his first spell for Manchester United, he scored 118 goals in 292 games. CR7 won the Premier League title thrice and the UEFA Champions League once in his time at Manchester United.

Cristiano Ronaldo penned an emotional message for his fans after signing with Manchester United on a two-year deal after spending 3 seasons at Juventus on his social media.
