Coolie No.1: Watch Varun Dhawan As Kuwar Mahinder Pratap In A BTS Video
Varun Dhawan is all set to play the role of Kuwar Mahinder Pratap in the remake of Coolie No. 1.
The remake of Coolie No 1 is now the talk of the town. Sara Ali Khan released the first poster of the movie on her birthday. In Coolie No 1, Varun Dhawan will play the lead role of Kuwar Mahinder Pratap. The shooting of the film already kicked off a week ago in Bangkok. Both the actors flew out for their first schedule. Sara is all ready to step into the shoes of Karisma Kapoor whereas Varun Dhawan will be seen taking place of Govinda.

Recently, Varun Dhawan took to Instagram to share a video of him dressed as Kuwar Mahinder Pratap. The actor can be seen looking handsome in a beige overcoat, a black and white shirt and light-coloured trousers. Along with this, Varun can be seen sporting cool sunglasses. The actor seemed to be in love with his look and even flaunted his rings.

Meanwhile, a photo of Varun striking a pose with Paresh Rawal and others is doing rounds on social media. Sara will be reprising Karisma’s role and the poster of the film surely impressed everyone. The film will feature Paresh Rawal as Sara’s father, Hoshiyaar Chand. Directed by David Dhawan, the film is a remake of 1995 comedy film in which Govinda was a Coolie who pretended to be a rich guy to marry the girl he loves. Coolie No 1 is slated to release on May 1, 2020.
On his father’s birthday, Varun also shared a photo of him with David Dhawan. In the caption, he mentioned that the shooting of the movie is in process.
