Xiaomi has finally launched today its most anticipated mobile phone Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro, successor to Redmi Note 6 Pro. At a launch event on February 28 in India, Xiaomi has claimed that its Redmi Note brand has become more popular than Asus, Huawei and others. At a time when every smartphone company is not leaving any stone unturned to grab the middle-class audience, Samsung has recently unleashed its two budget-friendly phones Samsung Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30.
Xiaomi’s latest smartphone Redmi Note 7 Pro has been launched in 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. The device has been in the news for its much-awaited 48 MP Sony IMX586 sensor and 13MP AI front camera for a selfie. It has been priced at Rs 13,999 and Rs 16,999 for the mentioned variants respectively. Redmi Note 7 Pro launch comes days after Samsung’s new offering Galaxy M30, which also come under budget smartphones. Galaxy M30 sports triple rear camera packs a 5,000mAh battery and has been powered by company’s own Exynos 7904 processor.
Samsung Galaxy M30 pricing starts at Rs 14,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage in India. Additionally, the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant start at Rs. 16,999.
Samsung has launched Galaxy M30 to give a tough competition to Redmi Note 6 Pro that was launched last year. It is to be noted that Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 6 Pro is one of the most selling devices in India. Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with an IPS LCD display and 6.26-inch screen with resolution of 1,080 x 2,280 pixels. The Redmi Note 6 Pro pricing begins at Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant and goes up to Rs. 15,999 for the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage.
