Mumbai Police always wins our hearts with their creative side. Yet again, Mumbai Police has spread awareness on coronavirus by taking a viral dialogue from Chris Hemsworth and Randeep Hooda starrer Extraction. The movie is widely shot in Bangladesh and India. It has several dialogues in Indian languages, including Bengali.
The Proman Dao (Give Proof) dialogue has gone viral as Chris Hemsworth nailed it in the movie. Now, taking advantage of the viral dialogue, Mumbai Police’s Twitter team has used it and asked people to have ‘proman’ or proof before they leave home during the lockdown.
Sharing a still of Chris from the movie, Mumbai Police tweeted, “Make sure you always have one before you leave home because – Hum negotiate ‘NAHI’ karenge. #LockdownMandates #PromanDao”.
Chris Hemsworth fans were stunned to see the actor mouthing fluent Bengali. Well, spoiler alert. In one of the scenes, when Tyler Rake (Chris Hemsworth) is questioned, he asks for proof in Bengali. He says, “Proman Dao (Give me proof.)”
This is not the first time Mumbai Police has used dialogues of movies. Earlier too they used dialogues of Gully Boy, Stree, and other movies to spread awareness.
Talking about Extraction, it has been getting positive reviews. It was released on April 24 on Netflix. The film also stars Rudhraksh Jaiswal, David Harbour, Pankaj Tripathi, Golshifteh Farahani, Marc Donato, Fay Masterson and Derek Luke.
