China Confirms Loosing Four Soldiers During Galwan Valley Clash With India

Last year in June, Indian soldiers faced a violent clash with Chinese soldiers at the Galwan Valley. Because of this clash around 20 Indian soldiers were killed brutally at the high-altitude border area. Eight months after this violent clash, China has now named these four soldiers who were killed during the war.

Last year itself, India had confirmed loosing 20 Army people during the violent clash and these soldiers were honored for their bravery with their names installed in the memorials. On the other side officials from Beijing never admitted about clashing with the Indian soldiers and they didn’t even named these soldiers officially.

People’s Liberation Army( PLA Daily) which is an official newspaper of the Chinese military reported on Friday that five of the Chinese frontier officers and soldiers had stationed in the Karakoram Mountains and they have been now recognized by the Central Military Commission of China (CMC) for their sacrifice in the border confrontation with India which occurred in the Galwan Valley in June 2020.

Reportedly, three of the four soldiers died during the clash and one lost his life while he was crossing a river.
