Bigg Boss 13: Prasthanam actress Chahatt Khanna turns down Salman Khan show’s offer

Chahatt Khanna — who is known for her roles in TV serials like Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Qubool Hai — has reportedly turned down the offer of Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 13 Hindi. According to a report in Pinkvilla, Chahat Khanna was approached to for the 13th season of Bigg Boss but she declined to be a part of the controversial reality TV show.

Speaking about the same, Chahatt told the entertainment website, “There are some other work commitments that might materialise. With a new start in films, things are looking nice and going to Bigg Boss means being locked up for a few months. Meanwhile, if my other projects need me, I won’t be able to leave Bigg Boss midway due to contractual obligations and miss those new opportunities coming my way. I love the show and will watch it for sure though.”

The gorgeous actress is a mother of two beautiful girls, who she is raising alone. “I am trying my best to handle both professional and personal life seamlessly and though it becomes little exhausting sometimes, I am not complaining at all. I have chosen this myself and will balance both equally well as long as I can,” she added.

Chahatt Khanna is all geared up for her upcoming film Prasthanam, which has an ensemble cast of Sanjay Dutt, Manisha Koirala, Jackie Shroff, Chunky Panday, Ali Fazal, Satyajeet Dubey and Amyra Dastur.

Taking to Instagram, Chahatt urges her fans to watch Prasthanam in theatres, which is scheduled to hit the theatres on 20th September 2019.

Notably, Chahatt is not the only actress who refused to be a part of Bigg Boss 13, earlier Ohanna Shivanand aka Dr. Ridhinam also turned down the offer.

When Dilli Mill Gaye actress Ohanna Shivanand was asked about the same, she told SpotboyE.com, “Yes, they have offered me to be part of the show in the past. But I am not keen on participating as I can’t sit and fight with people in public. Bigg Boss is so much drama and I feel it pulls your vibration very low. Whatever you do, even if you are a saint some or the other thing will trigger and you react. So, I seriously don’t want to put myself in that place.”
