CBSE Class 12 Results To Be Out On July 31; Supreme Court Approves The Assessment Plans

On Thursday morning i.e June 17, Supreme Court has approved the assessment plans for the results of Class 12 students. The affidavit was submitted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). The Official results for CBSE Class 12 to be announced on July 31 through the official portals of the board.
Everything about how the marking will be carried out?
The board to analyze pre-boards and previous year’s mark sheets for this year’s results. For CBSE Class 12 students, the marks obtained in the unit, term, and practicals will be compared and the results will be decided based on the performance of the students in their Class 10 and Class 11, these will have a 30-30 per cent weightages. The marking department will also consider the unit test, mid-term or pre-board examinations in Class 12 which will have 40 percent weightage as per the reports.

For the unversed, the CBSE Board had apparently come up with a constructed plan on June 4 for the marking of Class 12 students, after conducting a high-powered committee meeting for CBSE Class 12 Result 2021. A 12-member had participated in the committee meeting for the evaluation criteria which was to be presented to the Supreme Court for the final approval.
