According to the latest reports, CBFC has passed Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor starrer Brahmastra's 11 teaser cuts and 13 motion posters. Producers are reportedly putting promotional campaigns together
Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Brahmastra is one of the most anticipated projects from Bollywood. Initially, the film’s release was announced for the August 15, 2019 screening, which then delayed due to several reasons including its heavy-VFX. Owing to the pandemic Coronavirus outspread, the shootings remained stalled leading to further delay. According to the latest reports, while the makers are yet to complete the shoots few chunks, they have started putting together all the promotional campaigns. Around 11 teaser cuts and 13 motion posters have been apparently passed by the CBFC.
Dharma Production’s team which has been working on Brahmastra reportedly submitted as many as 10 short teaser cuts and 13 motion posters to the CBFC for clearance. The movie will be dubbed in several different languages- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Bengali. Talking about the movie an insider informed Bollywood Hungama, “The makers have a lot of exciting content and they’ll be revealing it bit by bit through these short teasers. Hence, they might go for an extended promotional campaign. Also, the motion posters will add to the buzz; some of them can be character-introducing motion posters, maybe one for each of the lead cast – Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna, and Dimple Kapadia.”
By dubbing the teasers of this film in several different languages, the makers are apparently trying to target the PAN India audience. As of now, there is no official confirmation on when the makers are planning to release the teasers, posters and trailers, however, Alia and Ranbir’s fans are excited to see them for the first time in a full fledged movie.
