COVID-19: Canadian Actor Nick Cordero’s Wife Says, ‘He Is Fighting For His Life’

Canadian actor Nick Cordero is “fighting for his life” in the ICU (intensive care unit) after testing positive for coronavirus, his wife and celebrity fitness trainer Amanda Kloots, wrote on Instagram.

“My whole world has stopped. Please pray for my husband. Prayer warriors, prayer circles, whatever you’ve got. Energy, meditation, positive thinking. He is fighting for his life right now. Elvis and I need you Nick Cordero. It’s time to fight daddy,” Amanda posted.

On Saturday night, Kloots gave some details of Nick’s condition on her Instagram Stories.

“He lost consciousness, he lost his pulse and they had to resuscitate him. … They had a very hard time getting him back. Then “I got a phone call at 2:30 in the morning, they needed my consent to put him on dialysis to assist with his kidneys

“This afternoon, we got a phone call that things were really moving in the right direction and that his life was being saved, which was huge. And we all kind of celebrated for a minute until … they had to go into immediate surgery to save the blood flow to his leg,” she wrote.

Today, she posted a video with their son and wrote a lengthy post that read: When I got to FaceTime with him today it was the first time I’d see him since dropping him off at the ER 12 days ago. I told him he had to fight. I told him he is strong and can do this. I said, “You got a whole lot of living to do!” Then I remembered this song. The moment lifted my spirits, shifted energies and brought a new hope to this story. The doctors are still concerned about his right leg and we need him to start making small responses off sedation. These are the next two goals that need to happen. ?? I will continue to sing, dance and play this song everyday until you are home Nick Cordero!”

We wish for the speedy recovery of the actor.
