BTS ARMY will next be hearing from the band in an original title song for the upcoming Japanese movie’ Your Eyes Tell‘. In fact, BTS member Jungkook is even listed as one of the composers of the original title. Moreover, the original title song will also feature as a track on ‘Map Of The Soul: 7 – The Journey’.
The film, titled ‘Kimino mega toikaketeiru’ in Japanese, is a remake of the 2011 Korean film ‘Always’ which was directed by Song Il-gon. Meanwhile, Your Eyes Tell’ will be directed by Takahiro Miki. It features Ryusei Yokohama (TV drama ‘Your Turn to Kill’) and Yuriko Yoshitaka (‘We Were There’). This would be BTS’ first Japanese record since its 2018 release ‘Face Yourself’. The film is expected to be released by Gaga Corporation on October 23, 2020.
However, that is not the only big news from the BTS this week. They also shared the video for ‘Stay Gold’ which was their previous Japanese-language single. It was released last month. The track also features on ‘Map Of The Soul: 7 – The Journey’. Moreover, it will feature Japanese versions of previous releases. These include ‘IDOL’, ‘Boy With Luv’, and ‘Fake Love’, as well as the 2019 Japanese single ‘Lights’.
BTS has been on a roll recently. They broke Adele’s iTunes record by reaching No. 1 on iTunes in more countries than any other song. That is not all. The talented septet also rose parallel to The Beatles by creating a 2020 record. Meanwhile, BTS had to cancel their recent ‘Map Of The Soul’ tour due to the coronavirus pandemic.
