Top 100 Idols Brand Rankings: BTS’s Jimin sets two more records

BTS member JIMIN seems to be on a winning spree as he has registered two more records on his name. For the unversed, the Korean Business Research Institute publishes various lists every month and they have just released this month’s Top 100 Idols Brand Reputation Ranking and BTS’s JIMIN has two more records on the list.

The list is released on the basis of media coverage, TV appearances and discussions in online forums. Today (March 29, 2020) the institute has dropped the Brand Reputation Ranking results for the Top 100 Individual Idols in March 2020 and the position was bagged by none other than BTS member JIMIN.

He might have registered one more record on his name by topping the Brand Reputation Ranking list but this was not the first time JIMIN topped the list. Yes, you read that right, JIMIN has topped the list on various times, he actually just set a new record.

His score in March 2020 makes him the first Korean artist to top the Top 100 Idols list for an entire year! JIMIN has received the first position 12 consecutive months in a row. If anything to go by the latest report, JIMIN has registered two new records, since he is the only artist to top the list every month since the Top 100 Idol survey started.

Let’s take a look at some of JIMIN’s impressive result 2020

1. In March 2020, Jimin bagged the first position on the list with 8.3 million points. The most searched related keywords of JIMIN were “promise”, “ON”, and “Filter”, while the top phrases linked to him were “moved”, “powerful”, and “comfort.
2. In February this year, Jimin topped the list with 9.7 million points. The most-searched related keywords of JIMIN for February were “comeback”, “YouTube”, and “ARMY”, while the top phrases linked to him were “cool”, “love”, and “captivating”.
3. In January this year, Jimin topped the list with 10.9 million points. The most-searched related keywords of JIMIN were “ARMY”, “new song”, and “golden disc”, while the top phrases linked to him were “kind”, “happy”, and “cute”.
4. Jimin has also topped the Brand Reputation Ranking for Individual Boy Group Members 15 consecutive months in a row as of March 2020, and 17 times overall.
