Bhumi Pednekar joins the cast of ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’

Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar will be next seen once again sharing the screen space with Ayushmann Khurrana in ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan.’ In the film, the actress will be seen in a special appearance which is very different from what we have already seen in Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.

Talking about the actress being a part of Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, filmmaker Aanand L Rai told Mumbai Mirror, “Bhumi is a part of Shubh Mangal Saavdhan family and we couldn’t imagine making Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan without her. She has a special appearance in the narrative and we are extremely happy to have her on board.”

The producer of the film, Bhushan Kumar also said, “We are delighted to have Bhumi join the cast as a special appearance in the film. Bhumi’s association is one that adds value to the storyline, she is an amazing actor and I am glad she is part of our film.”

The film is based on homosexuality which is a spin-off of the 2017 film Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. Ayushmann will be seen romancing with Jitendra Kumar. Jitendra is best known for the web-series, ‘The Viral Fever’ and other YouTube sketches.

The film also marks the reunion of Badhaai Ho duo Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao. Apart from them, Jeetendra Kumar and Maanvi Gagroo will also be featured.

Directed by Hitesh Kewalya. It is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Aanand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Production.

‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ will hit the screens on February 21, 2020.
