BBMAs 2021: BTS bags all 4 awards, debuts ‘Butter’ live
BTS bag all 4 categories at the Billboard Music Awards 2021. The K-Pop band also debuted their latest English single- 'Butter.'
The Billboard Music Awards 2021 were held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California on May 23 and was hosted by Nick Jonas. This is the first award ceremony that is taking place live since COVID-19 vaccinations were made available in the United States.
The K-Pop band was nominated for four awards and they bagged all the awards including Top Selling Song, Top Duo/Group, Top Song Sales Artist, and the fan-voted Top Social Artist, making history yet again. BTS won the 2021 Top Social Artist award for their English single – ‘Dynamite’.
In the video below, BigHit Music recreated the set for the BBMAs back home in Seoul to accept the award. The boy band also gave an acceptance speech, thanking ARMY for this incredible achievement. They were seen dressed sharply in black suits as they accepted the award.
RM said: “Thank you BBMA for the Top Selling Song award. Which is amazing and huge. It is really an honor to be awarded with such a significant title. We want to share some fresh energy with everyone with Dynamite.”

The K-Pop band also debuted their latest English single- ‘Butter.’ The latest song by the Bangtan Boys also became the fastest music video in YouTube history to hit 10 million views.
