Badhaai Ho box office collection: Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer has good opening day

Ayushmann Khurrana’s second film this month, Badhaai Ho has bolstered Ayushmann’s reputation of starring in films with an offbeat premise. Despite releasing along with Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra’s Namaste England, the film opened to good numbers at the box office.

As per a report in Box Office India, Neena Gupta-starrer collected around Rs 7.25-7.50 crore nett. It also took advantage of Dussehra holiday. Bacause of the holiday factor, the film collected more than Raazi and Stree on the first day. Infact the film just needs to hold up over the next four days and will emerge with a good weekend.

Every situation in the film appears to have come out straight from real life and dialogues are very witty and they resonate with the audiences. According to reviews, Neena Gupta has delivered a brilliant performance in this family entertainer, which is full of emotions. The film is expected to leave the audience with a big smile slapped firmly on their faces.

The film is directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, Badhaai Ho’s star cast includes Ayushmann Khurrana, Sanya Malhotra, Gajraj Rao, Neena Gupta, Shardul Rana, Surekha Sikri, Rahul Tiwari, and Sheeba Chaddha.
