‘Bachchan Panday’ is one of the most anticipated film from Bollywood, ever since the makers unleashed the first look poster featuring Akshay Kumar in an unusual avatar. The film finally hits the floor in Jaisalmer, as the makers shot the Mahurat shot on Wednesday.

For the first day of shoot, producer, Sajid Nadiadwala’s wife accompanied the star cast alongside two of her kids. She did the honours of breaking the coconut and was seen cheering the crew members. She also posed with the film’s clapperboard at the Mahurat shot. Wardha took to her Instagram handle shared few adorable pictures from the sets. In the caption of her post, she congratulated the team.

For the unversed, ‘Bachchan Pandey’ was slated to be released on Christmas 2020 release. However, due to the pandemic Coronavirus outspread, the schedules got changed. Finally the team began shooting in Rajasthan today. Much about the film’s plot has not been official unveiled as of yet, but it is hailed as the remake of the 2014 film ‘Veeram’. Reportedly, Akshay Kumar to portray the role of a gangster, while Kriti Sanon will be seen as journalist, according to the reports.
