Bollywood actor, Jackie Shroff’s name popped up between the leaked data of wealthy individuals who have been alleged of shielding their income and assets from taxation. Many celebs and renowned businessman are alleged of being the hidden owners of offshore companies, holding secret bank accounts, private jets, yachts, mansions and artworks by Picasso including other assets. Jackie’s two kids – Tiger and Krishna are allegedly the two beneficiaries in a New Zealand-based trust with a secret wealth in a Swiss bank account. The actor’s wife reacts to these allegations that goes viral on the internet today.
Reportedly, Ayesha’s mother formed the Media Trust and apparently it was registered with London Fiduciary Trust Company Limited (LFTC) in New Zealand on November 29, 2005. Eight years later, the trust was terminated by officials. Jackie and Ayesha’s children – Tiger and Krishna are said to be the two beneficiaries. Allegedly, Jackie made a “substantial contributions to the Trust” considering it an asset and he also apparently wished to be “considered the primary beneficiary during his lifetime and his needs should be paramount”.
As per the media reports, Jackie Shroff’s wife, Ayesha was quizzed after his name started to be associated with Pandora papers controversy. To which she apparently stated that they have no knowledge of the same. She also reportedly mentioned that his mother, who passed away a decade ago, was a Belgian citizen and not a resident of India.
