Aryan Khan and 8 others were detained from the Cordelia cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on the night of October 2. He has been in Arthur Road Jail since 8 October.
Now, Aryan, his friend Arbaaz Seth Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha’s judicial custody has been extended till 30th October by the special court.
News agency ANI tweeted as: “Drugs on cruise ship matter | Mumbai: Special NDPS Court extends judicial custody of Aryan Khan and others till 30th October.”

Earlier today, Ananya Panday’s home in Mumbai was raided today by the Narcotics Control Bureau reportedly in connection with the drugs-on-cruise case in which Aryan and others were arrested.
Currently, the actress is being questioned by the agency and was accompanied by her father, actor Chunky Pandey to the NCB office.
Shah Rukh Khan was spotted for the first time as he visited his son at Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail on Thursday morning.
NCB team also visited SRK’s residence to collect some documents related to Aryan, confirmed, NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede
On Wednesday, Aryan and others’ bail was rejected s in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. Soon after, Aryan’s legal team approached the Bombay High Court for bail and the hearing will be heard on October 26th.
