Aryan Khan’s Bail Plea REJECTED By Court In Drugs Case

The latest update is that Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Seth Merchant, and Munmun Damecha’s bail applications have been denied by the Mumbai Magistrate Court.

He was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 2 in a drug raid that was conducted on the Cordelia Cruise ship.
Earlier today, ahead of Aryan’s bail in Mumbai court, the hashtag ‘Release Aryan Khan’ started to trend on Twitter with netizens extending their support to SRK and Aryan. Fans also gathered outside SRK’s bungalow, Mannat, and showed their support for him and his family.
According to Aryan’s lawyer, he has not been interrogated since October 4. “I readily agreed to one-day remand first. In the second remand, they asked for seven days of custody. We were thinking the investigation will progress but nothing has happened,” Maneshinder said.
The accused were produced before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate R M Nerlikar and the court sent them in judicial custody even as the probe agency had sought an extension of remand till October 11.
Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde and Arbaaz’s advocate Taraq K. Sayed, on Thursday, moved the court for regular bail on Friday.
