Aryan’s bail plea hearing took place at the Special NDPS Court in Mumbai. Senior Advocate Amit Desai and Satish Maneshinde were representing Khan.
In the court, advocate Amit Desai stated that there are no chats on the alleged rave party on which the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) claimed it had received information. “WhatsApp chats are supposed to be private conversations. But I am told there are no messages or conversations on the mobile about the rave party.”
He concluded by saying that Aryan has no criminal antecedents.
NCB revealed that there was sufficient information that Aryan was in touch with some people abroad who appeared to be part of an international drug network. To which, Aryan’s lawyer called these claims, “absurd and false.”
